- Window Cleaning Direct offers free delivery on all orders over £100.00 with a charge for orders under this amount. This is applicable to MAINLAND UK orders only. Any orders placed outside of mainland UK will be presented with the shipping charge on checkout (this is dependent on weight, size, etc). Orders under 1kg will be sent by Royal Mail, items over 1kg are sent by one of our select couriers which enables us to track your order from the moment of shipping. In the event that your order has not arrived after more than 3 days, please inform us immediately. Deliveries are not considered lost until a period of 15 days has passed. During holiday seasons, delays of 1/2 days may occur, we will inform you of such delays.

- Window Cleaning Direct is committed to protecting your privacy. Our website employs the use of high level 128bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology which keeps your payment card and personal details completely confidential allowing you the security and peace of mind to shop on-line. Always look for the small locked padlock when inputting personal data.
The data we collect is only the data provided by our customers on signup. Any information you supply to Window Cleaning Direct, will remain within our operational system and we never sell, share or distribute that information with any other company unless it directly involves the payment processing, shipping or support of your order. However, we may use your information to provide and personalise our service to you and we will use your contact details to communicate with you e.g. inform you of special offers, promotions etc.
In addition to our safeguards, your details are protected in the UK by the Data Protection Act 1998 and associated legislation. - Returns & Refunds
- All customers have a standard 7 day returns period should you change your mind about your order, we will provide a full refund (excluding shipping fee) as long as they are returned unused, in a resalable condition and in original packaging.
A full refund can be given if any order is canceled before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
If any item is returned which has been used, damaged or not in original packaging, we are entitled to either reject the return or charge a 20% restocking fee, we will inform you before proceeding in this case.
Refunds will be made with same method of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected. - Ordering
- All orders placed on our website will be processed between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Orders placed over a weekend will not be processed or shipped until the following Monday. Items can only be guaranteed for shipping if the order is placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) and stock is available. - Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All prices quoted on our website are exclusive of VAT and in UK Pounds Sterling. If there are any errors in the pricing of items on the web site you will be contacted before processing of said order.
We accept all major Credit / Debit cards and American Express (Amex is not available for online ordering, please call 01246 260040 for ordering with Amex).
All promotions on our website are valid until our chosen expiry date, at the end of all promotions orders will no longer be accepted for said promotion. Online promotions are only valid for online orders, telephone orders will not be accepted for promotional items. - Viewing Orders
- All customers selecting the "Register" option when checking out will be able to see a full comprehensive listing of all past orders placed. Details will contain item details, price, shipping fee, tax, total price and shipping information.
A reordering option is also available for items you have previously purchased in our store, available from within your account section.
- Updating Account Information
- All customers registering for an account when checking out will have full access to their personal data within their account. You may alter this as required if your personal circumstances change, and also add additional addresses within your account for delivery locations.
If you wish to have your details deleted from our system this is available on request.
Please keep in mind if we delete your account information your order history will no longer be accessible.
